A beautiful 1970's cream silk chiffon smock dress. The dress has a high round neckline with a peter pan collar. Two lengths of cream ribbon tie into a bow on the neck and the chiffon is printed with small orange triangles across the top of the bust and shoulders. The sleeves are sheer chiffon and fasten at the cuff with a press-stud. The chiffon is gathered in a band across the bust to the waist and trimmed with a ruffle across the top. The skirt of the dress is printed with the same orange triangles around the hem and up to the waist. The back of the dress fastens with a 25cm zip to the mid back. There is a split from the mid back to the neckline where it fastens on the collar with a hook and eye. The dress is fitted over the bust and waist, skimming the hips and falling to the knee. This dress is in near mint condition.
