A Sparkling 1960's gold mesh clutch bag by Whiting and Davis. The bag has a gold metal frame, fastening with a purse clasp at the top. Inside there are two compartments separated by a clear plastic divider. The clutch is lined is salmon silk and embossed with the Whiting and Davis name which is also covered with a clear protective plastic. This clutch is in near mint condition.
Whiting and Davis was founded in 1876, and has been creating it's famous mesh products ever since. The bags that they designed were especially popular throughout the 21st Century and are still worn by celebrities today.
