A spectacular Carole Tanenbaum for Atelier-Mayer 1950's necklace. The necklace is made up of amethyst and clear coloured rhinestones. A line of rectangular cut amethyst stones run around the neck, trimmed with a clear diamante border on each side. A line of clear rhinestones sits in the centre with two more rows of amethyst coloured stones either side. The necklace fastens at the back with a diamante encrusted clasp. This necklace is in near mint condition.
