Gucci 1990's chocolate flared trousers
Size: UK 10
£ 220.00
A smart pair of deep chocolate brown Gucci trousers from the 1990’s. They are cut in a low rise, tight fitting style around the waist and hips and are slim fitting down to the ankle where there is a kick-flare that flares out to a width of 22cm. Around the waistband the detail is in clean straight lines with two square cut hip pockets and no detail shown of the zip and metal clasp fastenings, the openings of the rear pockets are also horizontal straight lines and fastened with Velcro. The effect of the use of clean lines and straight edges in the design of these trousers gives them an ultra modern sharp tailored look. Excellent, there is some slight wear on front of the right thigh where the material has pulled slightly.
Waist: 80cm Hips: 88cm Inside leg: 86cm Rise: 20cm
During the 1990s Tom Ford became creative director of the Gucci house and under his creative vision the collections began to lean towards a more daring and provocative style which the straight edged tailoring of these trousers lends itself to.
Wear these trousers with a sheer chiffon blouse in similar autumnal hues and ultra high contemporary heels for a look ideal for taking you from the boardroom to the bar. Paired with a modern sharp shouldered jacket these trousers will give you the modern edgy look Tom Ford pioneered for Gucci in the nineties.
