A gorgeous 1950's dark brown mink fur shrug by Speiser furs. The shrug has no collar and sits on the shoulders, with a scooped neckline. The shrug fastens up the front with three hook and eyes and is cropped to the waist. The elbow length sleeves have a wide fit and inside the shrug is lined in brown silk with a small inside pocket embroidered with the initials J. v. d. M. This fur is in excellent condition.

The fur shrug was a real staple for the 1950’s Hollywood starlets such as Rita Hayworth, Ava Gardener and Lucille Ball, worn over stunning evening gowns they invoked the true glamour of the era.
