Joseph Mazer 1960's bracelet and earring set

A 1960's bracelet and earring set by Joseph Mazer. The bracelet is made up of circles of gold metal, larger at the front and smaller at the back. The circles have black enamel centres with a gold metal border and brown resin ring around the edge. The earrings are small circles with the same black centre and brown border as the bracelet and fasten at the back with an ear clip. This set is in excellent condition and is signed.

Brothers Joseph and Louis founded the Mazer Brothers jewellery company in 1926. Marcel Boucher was one of their designers before leaving to start his own company in the mid 1930's. Joseph left the partnership in 1946 to form Joseph J. Mazer and Co., better known as JOMAZ.
This set is great for everyday. Wear the pieces together or separately teamed with skinny jeans, knee high boots and a fur gilet.
